The first Full Moon of October falls tonight at 10.05pm Irish time 🌕 There is an emotional intensity to this one- it is a full moon in fiery Aries so anxiety and aggression may come to the surface for a lot of people. Be aware of this and find a way to positively release your own and stay clear of other people's! 🌕 Could be a great night to walk, run or dance under the moon as a means to let go of restless energy. If you are looking to soothe your body, an epsom salt bath could be a great option. And above all, if you are feeling overwhelmed or very emotional: *be kind to yourself* 🌕 With these energetic themes, no wonder @adamperryart and I both ended up in the Underworld! For me, I felt a strong connection to Persephone while creating this piece- her story has always resonated deeply and taking a visit with her to the Underworld was immense 🌕 Wishing you illumination where you require it on this Full Moon night.
