2020 comes to a close in just a few hours here in Wicklow, Ireland. And along with it, my collaboration with wonderful artist and human Adam Perry also concludes.

It has been such a rewarding and nourishing experience creating these Full Moon pieces throughout the year. I have really enjoyed collaborating with Adam both for his artistic talents and for the truly fantastic being that he is. I leave 2020 with a body of work I am proud of and a new friend that I am very grateful for.

Thank you to all who have listened/viewed and engaged with these pieces throughout the year. I hope they have brought some light each month and I hope you enjoy seeing them altogether in this video!

Wishing you all a peaceful transition into 2021, may the new year bring you all you could wish for and more.

The first Full Moon of October falls tonight at 10.05pm Irish time 🌕 There is an emotional intensity to this one- it is a full moon in fiery Aries so anxiety and aggression may come to the surface for a lot of people. Be aware of this and find a way to positively release your own and stay clear of other people's! 🌕 Could be a great night to walk, run or dance under the moon as a means to let go of restless energy. If you are looking to soothe your body, an epsom salt bath could be a great option. And above all, if you are feeling overwhelmed or very emotional: *be kind to yourself* 🌕 With these energetic themes, no wonder @adamperryart and I both ended up in the Underworld! For me, I felt a strong connection to Persephone while creating this piece- her story has always resonated deeply and taking a visit with her to the Underworld was immense 🌕 Wishing you illumination where you require it on this Full Moon night. Change is the essence of this Full Moon in mutable Pisces 🐟 . If you can take your cue from the fish and go with the flow of change- out with the old and in with the new!- you may find a sense of peace and perhaps more importantly a sense of Hope that maybe has been lacking in your world in recent times . You may feel this sense of peace and hope in the music that came through this month- I connected with Queen Maebh and Tír na nÓg. Her repeated messages to me were 'Dream' and 'Hold True' . I was awestruck by Adam's piece featuring the mother of the Tuatha Dé Danann, Danu (among other names). Profoundly beautiful work my friend @adamperryart 🙏💚 . Here is mine and Adam's Full Moon collaboration for Lúnasa. We haven't had a chance to speak to each other about what we felt reading-wise so I'm very much looking forward to hearing his experience. For me… 🌕 While writing the music, I communed with the Celtic god Lugh who, to me, feels more 'King' than deity- passionate and strong! I saw the sun setting behind hills, marking the end of a cycle. I felt his appearance indicated the ending of a cycle… 🌕 As always, Full Moon is a wonderful time to check in and acknowledge what is illuminated for you. This month bringing your focus to how you've been interacting with the collective can reveal worthwhile information to your conscious mind. Are you honouring *your* Truth? Are you placing *your* emotional world first? Are you following *your* path or the one that is deemed 'virtuous' by the group mind you are engaged with? 🌕 We are part of the collective and *we are individuals*, here to have our own individual experiences. 🌕 Being an individual in this current climate is incredibly challenging but you are here to live *your* life, no one else's. Allow your own unique way of being and expressing to come forward. Allow the cycle of following the hive mind come to an end and listen within to hear your Truth- sometimes your thoughts will align with others, sometimes they won't. And that is perfect. You don't owe anyone insight to your heart and soul. July's Full Moon collaboration from Adam and I 🙏 The Moon is full at 5.44am tomorrow morning here in Ireland 💚 This month I was in communion with Sulis (relating to súil as Gaeilge), a solar goddess who is worshipped at the thermal springs at Bath… And @adamperryart somehow managed to outdo himself and add another piece onto my list of favourites of his! 😍 🌕 This Full Moon feels like a time for personal retreat 🌕 Living fully present in this current collective is profoundly challenging. Letting go of the noise of others requires a lot of energy and can be truly exhausting. 🌕 I recommend making this Full Moon a time for deep rest. Think about where you have been choosing to place your focus and energy and make adjustments if needed. Connect with Sulis and her all-seeing eye. The sixth piece in my series of Full Moon collaborations for 2020 with the wonderful artist and human Adam Perry

In keeping with the ‘Between Two Lives/Worlds’ theme that we tuned into this month, Adam and I ended up in two different places with our pieces. Here is the message I felt to share:

As always, the Full Moon can be viewed as a spotlight, revealing our shadows so that we can engage with what needs to be transformed

“The most fundamental aggression to ourselves, the most fundamental harm we can do to ourselves, is to remain ignorant by not having the courage and the respect to look at ourselves honestly and gently.” Pema Chödrön

May we all have the courage to look at what is being revealed. May we all live the Truth that change comes from within. May we profoundly respect our own perspective, thoughts and values while open heartedly listening to others and respecting theirs. May we all welcome the Divine Feminine into our lives, reflecting on where the system of patriarchy has overtaken our lives and bastardised the Divine Masculine. May each of us choose to come from love, compassion and kindness on this and every day 🙏

The fifth piece in my series of Full Moon collaborations for 2020 with the wonderful artist and human Adam Perry

My contribution to our collab this month is called “What will you choose?”

Inspired by the current cycle we are in, it feels that we’ve all been here before and will be again depending on how we choose to move forward…

Our collective is made up of each individual choosing how they are going to behave in the world. This month, I feel it is vital for us all to ask within, what will you choose?!

Here is my May collaboration with @adamperryart honouring today's Full Moon 🌕 The name for this moon (there are many) that most resonates for me is the Milk Moon. It is- in the natural way of living- the time when the milk of the sheep, cows, goats etc comes in. It symbolises fertility and as the 4 Celtic festivals resonate so deeply for me, it makes sense that the names that align with the symbology of those festivals also resonate. Bealtaine is all about fertility, the return of the sun to the earth… the life-giving milk returning to the mother's breast. Being that we're talking about milk and mothering, the name Milk Moon also really puts the focus on the feminine and the life support to be found there. 🌕 Adam has made a video about his (rather epic!💫) full reading for this month, link in his bio. The message I received from the reading is the name of my track accompanying Adam's incredible artwork: "What will you choose?" 🌕 We are at a time of change- there have been many cycles like it before and there are many more like it to come… 🌕 Life does not just happen to us. Through this and every other moment of change, we get to choose our response. That is not to say the choice is easy, it's just to state there IS choice. 🌕 Be aware of where you are choosing to put your focus- be discerning in those choices. If you are feeling unhappy with the choices you've made in the past, choose differently in the now. That's the beauty of choice- rechoosing is always an option! 🌕 The beauty of being human is *we have choice*. We get to create our own individual worlds AND choose how to move through this shared one… What will you choose? 🌕 Putting the focus on relationship with the feminine within could be helpful and supportive this month. Treat yourself and your body as though you were a baby. Soothe, hold, massage…feed yourself in all ways with nurturing care. 💚 May we all choose compassion and love for self and others on this and every day 🙏
