Autumnal Equinox is upon us. An opportune time to check in and see where we are feeling in and out of balance. 🍂 For us Irish, it is traditionally the last festival of the year as Samhain marks the first of our Celtic New Year. So today is also a great day to take stock, aim to wrap up projects in the coming weeks and to prepare and plan for a new cycle. 🍂 You may like to write out your thoughts on the different areas of your life- self-care, health, home, family, friends, work etc, allowing your conscious mind to be alerted to how you are feeling about the balance and satisfaction you are or are not feeling across all areas of your life.
