For anyone starting their breathwork/pranayama journey or anyone wanting to put a meditation practice into place… This is an offering of a free to download guided meditative session of Equal Length Breathing.

You can do it sitting or lying down, whichever feels more comfortable for you.

I recommend doing daily, even better twice daily, for three weeks to truly feel the benefits that a daily inward practice can bring to your life, especially if you are finding these times stressful.
