Bealtaine blessings to all!
I created these two pieces having tuned in to the energy of this Bealtaine. They may be of interest to those running Bealtaine Circles or those doing their own Bealtaine ceremony who perhaps would like some musical/energetic support.
The first is for the opening of the Circle and the second is an approx 20 minute drone that would be appropriate as background for ceremony or meditation after the opening.

For anyone starting their breathwork/pranayama journey or anyone wanting to put a meditation practice into place… This is an offering of a free to download guided meditative session of Equal Length Breathing.
You can do it sitting or lying down, whichever feels more comfortable for you.
I recommend doing daily, even better twice daily, for three weeks to truly feel the benefits that a daily inward practice can bring to your life, especially if you are finding these times stressful.
