Very happy to share a track from the awesome, soon to be released, album ‘Katharsis’ by Nigh/T\mare.
I collaborated with him for the creation of ‘The Summoning’ which was premiered by Lost In Ether and is currently streaming on their Soundcloud
The Summoning was also chosen by Torn Relics to remix and was premiered by Zenevloed and is currently streaming on their Soundcloud
It will be released on vinyl and digital soon on Thrènes Records

Free Yoga Nidra Session April 26th

I will be running a Yoga Nidra session on Sunday April 26th at 3pm Irish time.
If you would like to be part of it, just email me at resoundingpower(AT)gmail(DOT)com from the address you’d like me to send the link to- the link will be to a Soundcloud audio stream (not video) that will be live from 3pm for as long as it takes to do the session and then will no longer be accessible.
- A comfy place to lie that has a good wifi signal so you can stream the audio with ease (can be a couch or bed, on a carpeted floor or on a yoga mat on the floor- pick what works best for you and your body’s comfort)
- A blanket- make sure you are warm
- Bolster(s)/cushion(s) for under your head/neck/knees… whatever combination that ensures you are perfectly comfortable for the complete practice as the intention is to not move once you start the practice (the intention is this- no worries if you do!)
- A candle (that we will light together as directed at the beginning of the session)
Make sure you’ll be warm, cosy and properly comfortable!
If you have not experienced Yoga Nidra before, it is a deeply restful practice. All will be clear and explained on the day and I’ll give a little description in the email I respond with to those that sign up to join.
