World Sound Healing Day

This is a downloadable track that you can use to tune into the vibration of the group I am leading here in LA on World Sound Healing Day. I invite you to join in âAH-ingâ for peace wherever you are with the thousands of voices around the world doing the same.
We will be putting out the intention to Heal our Planet, Heal our Waters and Raise our Consciousness through our toning.
It first guides you into the space from which to sound. Then there is approx 20 minutes of sounding, then three minutes of silence and finally three chimes to bring you back to your current time and space.
