A Full Moon offering going up on Bandcamp tonight: “I Hurt So I Cry”

It’s an intense moon tonight as we approach Autumnal Equinox in the North.

Like the trees letting go of leaves, we are feeling the drive to let go of all that no longer resonates. This drive can feel really intense at the moment and perhaps you feel slightly wistful to extremely sad…

Fear not: all is ok. YOU are ok.

Feel your sadness, own the pain… We hurt, so we cry.
